Your job is to support the team leaders and supervisors in the optimisation of customer and staff member satisfaction.
You assist them in working out a better organisation structure for receiving and handling calls from customers.
Moreover, you constantly pay attention to quality the of the services delivered, cost-effectiveness and safety in
our centre. Together with the other team members you make sure that our company achieves excellent results.
Ideal job profile?
You have at least an A1 diploma or an A2 with some job experience. You are fluent in your own mother tongue
(Dutch/French), both in written and vocal communication. You are familiar with PC applications such as Word and Excel.
You are also discreet and quality-minded.
