Job responsibilities?

You are in charge of a multidisciplinary production team of front and back-office staff. You organise, coordinate and control the different production activities in our centre, while you constantly control quality. You are responsible for solving the day-to-day production problems and you give assistance and support to your staff members. Furthermore, you ensure good communication between our different departments. It is your responsibility to coach your team and to see to it that everyone within your team stays motivated. Of course, you have extensive managerial skills.

Ideal job profile?

You have a university degree or at least an A1 diploma with some professional experience. You are fluent in your own mother tongue (Dutch/French), both in written and vocal communication. You are also fluent in English. In addition, you are familiar with PC software applications such as Word, Excel and Access and you already have some experience in an executive position. You also have strong communicative skills and spirit of initiative.
